The role involves all the tasks that a hotel manager might encounter, such as:
Ideally, you will have commercial training, preferably in the hotel sector. In addition to very good German and English skills, you should have a driver’s license and always be prepared to help out on site in the event of staff shortages. You should be able to solve day-to-day operational problems on your own. Working hours are flexible between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m., but you should always be available to the staff for whom you are responsible. In addition to a good salary, we offer a company car, breakfast, and a great working atmosphere with your own office in the hotel.

Painting, painting, assembling furniture, minor repair work, auxiliary work, gardening, renewing silicone joints, changing ceiling lights, waste separation, waste disposal, maintenance of outdoor facilities, purchasing materials, supervising external craftsmen, etc.
The work in the hotel will be sought out and tackled by yourself. Independent work required. You must purchase materials yourself. The person should at least be able to manage themselves and be able to create their own working day or weekly schedule.
