Stolzenfels Castle
(Closed in December & January)
In the south of Koblenz, in the Stolzenfels district, the castle of the same name stands high above the Rhine. It has been open to the public since 1842 and has been considered the epitome of Rhine romanticism ever since.
Today, the beautiful, enchanted-looking castle complex, where you can experience the impressive living culture of the 19th century, can be reached on foot via a winding path from the Stolzenfels district.
